At The Dermal Clinic, your appointment time is reserved just for you. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. * No-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. * Clients who repeatedly cancel late or no-show may be required to prepay for future appointments or may lose online booking privileges. We understand that emergencies can happen. If you have an unavoidable emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
